Pela Saúde - Corporate healthcare ecosystem
Context: Clients needed innovative solutions for employee healthcare management, especially telemedicine, in order to offer a more comprehensive wellness program.
Challenge: Telemedicine was already considered an essential service, and the company needed a competitive and differentiated B2B product to stand out in the market.
Solution: We designed a corporate healthcare ecosystem integrating telemedicine, telepsychology, and continuous employee monitoring.
The platform required API integrations with healthcare partners and internal HR systems, ensuring seamless access to teleconsultations, health monitoring data, and reports for companies.
My Role: Market research, UX strategy, workshops, user journey mapping, prototyping in Figma, visual identity, design system creation, API integration planning, and usability testing.
